Please see below a few answers to the most asked questions we are currently receiving, we hope these help.

 

Q1. You have gift vouchers are they still valid?

A1. Yes, all gift vouchers are still valid, our business is just closing temporarily and when we reopen you will be very welcome to come to us with them. Also if your voucher expires whilst we are closed down we will extend the time it can be used by a further year.

 

Q2. You’ve paid in full for a product such as Born Noisy, a Booth Package or Masterclass.  

A2. For all bookings made for dates from 5th November to 2nd December, we are asking if you are happy to move your booking then we will put it on hold until we reopen. If however, you would like a full refund then please contact us and we will arrange for this to be made. For all bookings, for December onwards we will review this policy on a monthly basis as the circumstances change.

 

Q3. You’ve paid a deposit for a product such as Born Noisy, Afternoon Teas or have a Large Group booking.

A3. We are asking for the time being that anyone who has placed a deposit with us to work with us and put the booking on hold until we are at a point at which we can reopen and set a new booking date. We will review this policy on a monthly basis as the circumstances change.
