We are very proud to bring you an evening of entertainment endorsed by people like Billy Connolly, The Guardian and featuring many great acts from the north. Join us for an amazing evening and why not book a table pre-show for food. See our menu here.
MC for the night will be the wonderful Mike Wilkinson…
Full to the brim with down to earth Northern charm, Mike takes a bemused glance at the world and then throws it a smile. The laughs come thick and fast with Wilkinson’s dry humour and razor-sharp wit. A professional comic for over 10 years, Mike has supported Peter Kay, Johnny Vegas, Ross Noble, Jason Manford and others, and headlines comedy clubs across the country.
Steve Harris: – Will be opening our first comedy night of 2020
Steve has been a stand-up comedian for over twenty years and burst on to the comedy scene by winning the coveted North West Comedian of the Year Award on his fifth ever gig. Shortly after, Steve earned his way to the final of the prestigious BBC New Comedy Award and ‘So you Think You’re Funny’ comedy award. Throughout the years Steve has become a regular headliner at some of the most respected comedy clubs in the UK, including The Comedy Store, The Frog and Bucket, Glee and Komedia, to name a few. Steve’s confident, observational and physical performances have earned him international status as he’s performed all over the world including performances to our British Troops in Afghanistan. Aside from comedy, Steve has deservedly earned TV credits on movies and shows like Funny Cow, Love, Lies and Records and recently Coronation Street.

Tony Burgess – Headlining for the evening

Tony was the winner of the prestigious City Life Comedian of the Year in 1993 (previous winners have been Peter Kay, Caroline Aherne, Jason Manford and John Bishop).
