“I loved everything about Baha!”

The outside of the building is spectacular and enough to invite anybody in, the interior is even better. The service was remarkable and the Sunday Roast was divine; the beef was cooked well and the level of care that was put into the cooking was obvious from the presentation.

“Great vibe in here!”

The flavours, paired with the quirky decor make for a fun and relaxed atmosphere. All absolutely delicious & cooked to perfection (particularly the squid!!) Even the condiments were amazing! We ate here on our first night of honeymoon, and what a way to start! Incredible flavours, friendly staff, highly recommend.

“Beautiful lunch”

We found the service to be cheerful and full of character, and we had a good time here. We definitely over-ordered food, but so many dishes sounded tempting and we didn’t want to miss out. I definitely recommend coming here, preferably on an empty stomach so you can enjoy more food. Enjoy!

Our Bowness on Windermererestaurnant social ethos

Why stick to the stuffy, silent, and dull restaurants when you can spice up life with Pacific street food in our bright colourful
Windermere restaurant?

Using Japanese robatas, which use traditional robata methods, we cook coal-fired, flame-infused street food with flavours inspired by the Pacific Rim. This gives our food a taste that can’t be faked. And ‘once you pop’ you won’t be able to stop.

Social ethos: Our menu is designed so you can mix and match dishes to create your own meal. We all love a bit of everything and this allows just that. Pick a main, add some greens, and order something sugary if you have a sweet tooth. Then go back for more if you like. There are no conventions here that need to be followed, so feel free to tuck in how you wish.

Why: We believe fantastic & exotic food should be for all and not just for the heights of fine dining. We have focused on making simple, delicious plates that are packed full of flavours that ‘aren’t from around here’ but use local suppliers to make them. It’s an experience that suits all occasions. From a casual mid-week meal, festivities with friends & family or for when you want a relaxed date night.

They say ‘you are what you eat’, so let our food be an expression of you.
