    We adopt a casual dress code.

    However, we please ask that men wear t-shirts at all times.

    Fancy dress is acceptable, excluding inflatable items, which can be left with the door staff and collected on departure.

    Our security may ask that you remove any hats in line with licensing requirements.

  • Please be aware our door team have the absolute discretion to refuse entry without reason.

    You may be refused entry if you display aggressive, abusive behaviour, use of inappropriate language or appear intoxicated.

    Management & staff will not override the door team’s decision.

    BAHA operates a “right to search” policy

    BAHA operates a strict no drugs policy. Anyone found with illegal substances will be banned from the premises and reported to the police, this applies to anyone asking for illegal substances or selling them.

    ID may be requested in line with “challenge 25” policy – we will accept a valid passport, foreign nationality ID cards, driving licence or home office approved Pass hologram as identification and proof of age. Photocopies of these documents will not be accepted.

    If you leave BAHA, you may be refused re-entry in line with the above policies.

    Please note that if we are full to capacity, entry will be refused, you are welcome to queue during peak operating times.

  • Ground floor – Sunday – Thursday

    Children are permitted in the lounge bar from opening until 21:00

    Ground floor – Friday & Saturday

    Children are permitted in the lounge bar from opening until 19.00

    First Floor

    Children are permitted on the first floor restaurant until 10pm. On Friday and Saturdays 9pm. They must vacate the building by passing through the ground floor bar. This area does not permit children after 9pm. 7pm on Fridays & Saturdays.

    * Polite note, if you are intending on ordering food for your children, please allow enough time to dine in line with the time restrictions above. *

  • Dogs

    We are a dog friendly venue. Customers who wish to join us with their furry friends are seated on our ground floor of BAHA. Sunday through to Thursday there is no time limit. Friday & Saturday the latest sitting for food is 6pm and dogs are welcome to stay in until 9pm. If you are eating please call 015392 77515 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm so we can seat you in a dog friendly area. This excludes special events that might not allow dogs so always check that they are welcome by a phone call.

  • Please note that table reservations for parties of 9 or more, can only be made by telephoning 015392 77515. A £5.00 per person, non-refundable deposit is required at booking stage, applicable 7 days a week.

    Table reservations will be released if failure to show 15 minutes after booking time, unless we have been notified.

    On arrival please see concierge, who will escort you to your table once ready.

    All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

    We reserve the right to refuse entry if you are deemed intoxicated.

    No dogs.

    Tickets can be purchased by over 18’s only.

    Please show your confirmation email on arrival as proof of purchase, no physical tickets are sent out.

  • Discounts will not be applicable where other discounts are advertised.

    Discounts may not be available throughout December and other dates deemed “special”.

    BAHA reserves the right to make any dates “special”.

    BAHA reserves the right to vary or amend these rules at any time.

    No contract is implied or made by virtue of these arrangements.

  • Well behaved groups are welcome, however, we do reserve the right to refuse groups as management feels appropriate. We are a family-friendly establishment; appropriate behaviour is requested at all times.

    Groups are permitted at the discretion of the door and management team.

  • SPECIFIC TERMS (RELATING TO THE USE OF BORN NOISY)

    Booking terms and conditions:

    We require full payment when booking online or on the phone.

    REFUNDS IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES

    You will lose your deposit if you cancel before 12 pm seven days prior to arrival. Any notice given to cancel within seven days post 12 pm will mean you will be charged the full value of your booking.

    We prefer you to call us by telephone if you need to cancel; cancellation requests left on a voicemail box cannot be guaranteed. Alternatively, please email your cancellation request to enquiries@bahabowness.com, stating the person’s name who booked the venue, including the date and time of the booking.

    RULES AND REGS

    The pod has a maximum capacity of 12 persons which will be enforced. Extra guests will be permitted entry to the bar if space allows. If you continually exceed the maximum amount of people allocated to your room, you may be asked to leave prior to your finishing time and charged in full for your room hire and drinks bill.

    Your booked arrival time is the time from which you are charged. Please arrive early to make sure you get the full amount of time you have paid for. You can loosen your vocal cords with some drinks in our bar if you wish beforehand. You will be expected to leave your room after your booking time slot has ended, our software will automatically calculate your last song and give you a fair warning of time left using a countdown clock.

    We reserve the right to resell your room if you fail to show up after 15 minutes past the starting time of your booked session. In this circumstance, you will forfeit the paid deposit without a refund. If you think you’re going to be late – please give us a call and let us know!

    Born Noisy does not permit anyone under the age of 18 into the venue. We accept photo IDs in the form of passports, full UK driving licences or ID cards (with the exception of children’s parties – please see below for more details).

    Born Noisy reserves the right to deny entry to any of our bars, or serve alcohol to anyone deemed to be intoxicated.

    Born Noisy does not allow any food within our pods

    You will be liable for any damage made to the equipment(s) in Born Noisy and will need to pay for them in full on the spot.

    Microphones – £250 each,

    TVs valued at £1500 each

    Touchscreens valued at £400

    Any permanent damage such as marks or holes will incur a minimum cost of £50.

    You may also incur a cleaning charge to a maximum of £100 if any unnecessary mess is made in our premises by you or your group.

    Born Noisy or BAHA is not responsible for any personal items or that are lost or stolen, or left unattended within our venues.

    Please note that under no circumstances will customers be permitted to bring their own alcohol or soft drinks into BAHA or Born Noisy. If you are found with any alcohol or soft drinks on you, security has the right to confiscate these items and you will be charged £25 corkage for every open vessel of alcohol found.

    VENUE OPENING HOURS

    Our opening hours are stated on the venue page on our website, however, please note management reserves the right to close the venue prior to these times without warning. If the venue needs to shut prior to the set-closing times and any paid for bookings are in place, the lead booker will be contacted immediately and either offered a full refund or have their booking moved to an alternative date of their choice.

    CHILDREN’S PARTIES:

    Children must be aged 11 or over, however for younger parties please contact the venue directly as this is at the discretion of management.

    The minimum booking is 4 children and a maximum of 12.

    Booking for 1 adult is required for every 6 children.

  • REFILLS

    As soon as you've sipped the last drop of your current drink, you can order a refill!

    Plus to make sure you get your drinks before your time runs out we will be coming to the table 15 minutes before the end of your 90 minute slot to get your last drinks order.

    FOOD

    Food doesn't have an endless supply – it's pretty amazing, but not bottomless! The £38.95 price includes the welcome bites & a main dish with the option to add additional side for a set price.

    TIMINGS

    Your reservation is locked in for a sweet 90 minutes. If you're fashionably late, no worries, but time waits for no one – so your dining time will have a stylish deduction. Plan ahead and but be late, no one wants warm drinks & cold food. Age Restrictions Oh, and speaking of age, this party is strictly for the 18+ crowd. Sorry, kiddos, we'll catch you on the next round!

    BOOKING PREPAYMENT

    And did we mention? Bookings only require a £10 person deposit upfront, just to make sure everything's smooth sailing. The remained can be paid on the day.

    GOOD TIMES ALL AROUND We’re all about having a great time and we’d hate to cut out the fun, but our team might need to slow things down if anyone shows signs of being too intoxicated.

    VIP PACKAGE

    Want that VIP treatment, upgrade in advance and save the hassle on the day. The whole table needs to upgrade, you can’t leave anyone out. All for one and one for all! USE WITH

    OTHER OFFERS, DISCOUNTS & LOYALTIES

    Our Bottomless Brunch is priced so competitively that no other discounts, loyalty schemes or promotions can be used with it. This includes all add ons and sides ( Nice try :) ). DEPOSIT A £10 deposit per person is required at the time of booking.

    BOOKING

    Bookings made for Bottomless Brunch are for the whole table and everyone will be required to choose from the Bottomless Brunch Menu. If you wish to upgrade to the VIP Package then the whole table is required to upgrade.

    All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
