Each one is lovingly homemade, inspired by flavours around the world and has been trialled and tested to bring you an array of delicious & punchy flavours that will blow your mind! Created using a mix of mayonnaise, sour cream, infused with fresh dill & truffle oil, finished with a dash of lemon juice.

BBQ SMOKED GOOSE
A 50/50 mix of chipotle chillies & ancho chillies, apple juice, tomatoes, Goose Island IPA & secret ingredients blended, reduced & refined to create a perfect silky & sweet, sticky BBQ sauce.

Let’s head to the Caribbean! Using fresh mangoes & pineapple with coconut cream, scotch bonnets, apple cider vinegar & rum all infused together to create a vibrant sweet & sour taste. This sauce was inspired by flavours from the Caribbean island of St Lucia.

This sauce is a culinary masterpiece inspired by the an ancient recipe from the Aztecs in the 1300’s, crafted with dehydrated sour cherries, Mexican coffee and habanero chillies. An in-house favourite, it takes you on a flavour adventure, leaving your taste buds longing for more.

Our goal was to create a sauce that not only captured the vibrant hues of its spices but also showcased the full-bodied intensity of the award-winning chilis we carefully selected. Our relentless pursuit led us to discover a flawless formula through countless experiments & iterations which uses fresh black currants, black berries, balsamic, orange juice, garlic & another secret ingredient.
