At our Tasting House & Grill restaurant, we take pride in our ability to listen to our customer's desires, infusing local flavours and ingredients to create a menu that resonates with their preferences.

In this blog, I am excited to share my personal recommendations for our top three dishes from our Tasting House & Grill menu here at BAHA.

My top pick currently is an unforgettable experience with our 10oz aged sirloin steak. Grilled to perfection, this juicy steak is accompanied by vibrant vine cherry tomatoes, grilled mushrooms, and triple-cooked chips that boast a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior. To elevate the flavour profile, we serve it with a rich and creamy peppercorn sauce. The combination of tender meat, hearty sides, and a touch of indulgence make this dish an absolute favourite among our customers. The meat is locally sourced by our amazing suppliers Cornvale.

I couldn’t pick just one! Whether you enjoy a few or start with a single plate: Our small plates offer mouth watering experiences of flavours in bite-sized portions, perfect for those seeking a diverse culinary adventure. A must-try is our JD Glazed Chicken Wings, which are irresistibly tasty, sticky, and satisfyingly messy. The perfect blend of sweet and savoury flavours will leave you wanting more. We also have a premium camembert sharing dish which is great for couples or you can get a few for the table. You really can’t beat the gooey cheese, crusty bread and glass of deep red wine.

Chicken Kebab

Prepare to be amazed by one of our most popular dishes: Chicken Kebab. This unassuming dish started out as one of our chef specials but quickly became one of our most popular dishes and now is a permanent feature on our menu. It combines tender, marinated chicken, fresh vegetables, and a medley of aromatic spices, all expertly grilled to perfection.
